Learn to Meditate: Free Meditation Masterclasses

As many of you know, I practice Heartfulness Meditation and have found this to be incredibly helpful in my life. This meditation has brought so many positive changes and has helped me deal with tough life-situations that would have pulled me down otherwise.

meditationThe Buddha was asked, “What have you gained from Meditation?”

“Nothing,” he replied. “However, let me tell you what I lost: anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death.”

This is absolutely true for me. Meditation has helped me become more balanced, reduced my anger and stress, helped me face anything life throws my way with a heart filled with courage and belief that I can come through it successfully and, more importantly, stronger than before.

But why am I sharing all of this now?

Kamlesh D. Patel (very experienced trainer of Heartfulness Meditation Institute) is personally conducting Meditation Masterclasses from the 2nd to 4th of January 2017.

All of these meditation classes are conducted absolutely free of charge as usual with the aim to help as many people of the world as possible to have a balanced and peaceful life.
